As of July 1, we no longer have our own delivery driver. Deliveries and pickups will be maintained by the pony drivers. Items can be ordered for any day the schools are open, but orders must be placed by 2:00 p.m. for next day delivery. There are no longer designated delivery days. All IRC buckets should be moved to the school mail room. This will be where teachers pickup and return their items from now on. We ask that once teachers are done with an item they put a post-it saying RETURN on the item, OR place the item in a pony envelope to the attention of the IRC, OR write RETURN across the delivery label (not the IRC label) so the driver can differentiate between items ready to come back and items still waiting for teacher pickup. The first few months may be a bit of trial and error. Suggestions are welcome. (Questions regarding the pickup and return of equipment repairs should be directed to the Department of Technology at 263-1100.)
Please renew or return media items to the IRC bucket the day you receive your return reminders and due lists. Because we cannot guarantee a specific time of arrival, returning materials to the bucket the day before ensures you won't miss the driver.
